This seat has been an extra that I picked up used and never used. Has some dings on the aluminum and the vinyl has one smudge but no rip's. The seat is still firm and hinge is tight. Dark blue but looks black. No outlet for electronics.150.00 prefer local to Louisville, KY if possible thanks
