Dang! Does anyone have a diagram showing a step-by-step procedure of how a Goodrich 120 volume pedal goes together?
I'm not referring to the wiring schematic, I'm referring to the physical body parts.
Example...after driving the axel out with a punch, I realized there is a screw, if loosened, would allow the shaft to drop out. I don't dare mention the "spring"... 
Would be very thankful for any help provided!!! |

Have you tried looking for a video link on their website? I think Jim Palanscar told me there was a video for that somewhere, but I'm not 100% positive exactly "where" is.

Thanks for the offer Jim...umm I may have become a resident at our local mental-health facility!
Great photo Jon. I disconnected the spring that you are showing in order to separate the top footplate from the base plate. I did this so I could easily
access the pot and string parts. It was a real "bear" trying to disconnect that spring...which makes me believe maybe I shouldn't have. |

| Well...the good news is that it'll probably be even more difficult to reconnect it. In my experience, such total deconstruction has never been necessary to install a pot in a Goodrich. I'm saying that for the benefit of anyone else reading this because it's way too little, too late for you. Good luck (and the offer of more photos stands). |

Tom, it is not hard. The first step when taking apart should have been to loosen the screw that holds the axle in so I am assuming it is loose so the axle can be put back in.
To re-assemble, hold the top and bottom in position to hook the spring, you will be holding them offset from each other to make shortest distance for the spring so you can hook it. Then with the spring hooked on both ends just grasp the bottom and pull against the spring to get the top part to fit over the bottom. It will go. Try to line up the axle holes and put the nylon washer in the side that the spring is pulling to. Carefully tap the axle in then moderately tighten the axle retainer screw. It will feel like a puzzle at first but it is not hard at all,

| I think it is a 120. I bought it back around 1981-82. On the bottom where it says Model No. it is blank. |
