Sacred Steel and Black History!
Del Grace and others will do a full presentation on Sacred Steel Music & History @ the West Toledo Lucas County Library in honor of Black History month.
Sacred Steel is a type of gospel music played on the lap and pedal steel guitars by African Americans beginning in the 1930's in the Church of the Living God, founded by a black woman by the name of Mary Lena Lewis Tate.
To learn more about Sacred Steel Music & History, please join us Saturday February 23, 2019 from 1pm - 3pm.
