Pretty sure that's Sonny Garrish on steel. Weldon Myrick was with Bill before Sonny, but that doesn't look at all like Weldon.

That's a nice video.. It was great seeing the "late" Steve Chapman playing his guitar again. I remember seeing him with Don Reno & Red Smiley playing electric guitar back when it wasn't allowed in Bluegrass. He was also the guitarist who went to work with Ernest Tubb when Leon Rhodes left.... My only "bitch" about the show was when Jimmy Gately played OBS and didn't give the guitar or steel a cut on the song like Fiddlin' Frenchie Burke did..... Thanks for posting this though, it was very enjoyable........JH in Va.
