So i'd love to do this intro part with the band on wednesday but i'm having a HELL of a time differentiating between the steel and the guitar.. I have a mono version (might be the only version) and I just cant hear it for some reason...
anyone know exactly what the steel is doing... it would be fine if there was a conflaguration of both if we do it.. but i'd love to know exactly if anyone has an insight.

Josh,
The version on Youtube you linked to is in stereo, and the guitars are panned hard left/right. That should make it easier to pick them apart with the balance control. |

I am probably wrong but it sounds like two tele's playing thirds. I don't really hear a steel there at all. But like I said probably wrong. |

Hey Josh, I just saw this. I agree with George. I also think it might be twin chicken-picked guitars with bends. We could probably come up with something for steel though if you want.... |

Yea. But in my band playing this it’s only one lead guitar. I’m really good st figuring out lines normally. But even split into left and right I was having a damn hard time hearing the individual parts. |
