I'm just now seeing this post--I just want to thank Bob for hosting the party in Portland. That was a really special night. And yeah, as far as "steel guitar mancaves," that has to be the best one in the world.
Todd's work was impeccable and so were the extra bits done by Jeremy Wakefield and T.K. Smith. I think it turned out amazing. I know that somewhere Paul Bigsby and Speedy West are looking down and they are pleased.
If you're anywhere near Phoenix, go see Speedy's Bigsby at the MIM museum, as part of their special exhibit "The Electric Guitar" for the next two years!

Wow!! Awesome. I see the string set up you provided for each neck but what were the 4 pedals tuned to that Speedy West used???
Thanks again,

They're listed in parentheses next to the open notes in the post about the tunings. _________________ Carter D10 8p/8k, Dekley S10 3p/4k C6 setup,Regal RD40 Dobro, NV400, NV112 . Playing for 54 years and still counting. |
