So, you want to know what country songs made the charts in a certain year (from 1944 to 2012), or how many songs a singer released that made the charts, or what singers did a certain song? You'll find the answer in the link below. This is a simple text list by each Billboard Magazine chart year. (However, this is a very L-O-N-G list, over 100 pages worth.) Songs are listed by year, but to search by a song or singer, you can use the "ctrl f" search utility and type in the song or singer you want in the pop-up on the upper right. Results are then highlighted both in the list itself, and on the scroll bar on the right hand side.

Enjoy! Very Happy

(Note: Credit where credit is due...all this info comes from Billboard Magazine, and is found in a fairly expensive book by Joel Whitburn, called "Top Country Songs from 1944 to 2012". The book gives far more info than you'll find on this list. However, I feel it's a must-have for true country music lovers.)

Interesting to notice that Danny O'Keefe was in the Country charts with his own "Good Time Charley".
