I'd just like to be among the masses in complimenting Mickey for his tributes to the steel guitar. Not only does he share with the world his knowledge of playing the instrument, but also services the instrument as well as any body. I recently had him bring my 2005 Rains back to life. But what impressed me as much is he drove miles out of the way to direct me to his shop. In the rain. When I know he had other important things he could've/would've been doing. Our bunch has a powerful commodity in Mickey. So, if you bump into him on the street,, it might be a good idea to give him a big pat on the back. Thanks, Mickey

I've seen Mickey at the Mississippi Steel Guitar Show working on someone's steel, then on someone's Stratocaster. Always lending a hand.
Great guy.

Mickey always goes above and beyond. A great asset to the steel guitar world. I wonder if he would change my oil. 🚗🤣

Recently I bought a Rittenberry sd10 from Mickey. What a nice guy! He was very responsive to all of my questions and spent time going over everything about the guitar over the phone after I received it. I really appreciated all of the help he gave.

I've known Mick for almost 50 years. Good guy with great picking skills. Monster 6 string player. Just don't let him sing, or bring his banjo!

Great guy. I like his singing and am looking forward to hearing him on steel and vocals at this year's TSGA show. Mickey is scheduled to play Thursday, so get there early folks!
