Emmons Cabinet brass bushings

What to add a 9th pedal to my LeGrande II.
Have the parts but found out my cabinet does not have the brass bushings in the cabinet for this pedal shaft! Any one have a pair??

Any ideas about getting a couple of bushings, since my guitar is drilled for them but no bushings being installed? I didn't realize that the bushings were not in there. So I put the spring loaded pedal shaft in but of course it is very sloppy. Now I got to figure out a way to get that pedal shaft back out of the holes????
