If you've reserved rooms at the DFW Sheraton between 2014 and 2018 (or one of W Hotels, St. Regis, Sheraton Hotels & Resorts, Westin Hotels & Resorts, Element Hotels, Aloft Hotels, The Luxury Collection, Tribute Portfolio, Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts, Four Points by Sheraton and Design Hotels) your personal information etc is probably compromised. Potential of 400 million customers affected.

Unless you've changed emails since then you should receive an email offering the Kroll WebWatcher data protection service. I recommend you sign up for this and put all your cards, accounts, SSN, etc under their protection for the free year that Marriot's buying you. There is no downside, unless you don't take advantage of the offer. Be careful, scammers are already using this as bait by sending out fake offers... always hover over what you're clicking on to verify the address.

If you haven't received the email but think you might be compromised I'd send inquiries to incidentsupport@kroll.com. The bad guys had access to their records for four years!

In fact, this article recommends you freeze your credit now.
