| We have lost a great steel guitar legend,Jim Lindsey past away December 2 at the age of only 63 and we will be having the funeral on Thursday December 6 at Charlet funeral home and the address is 4320 High St. Zachary, LA. 70791 |

| Jim was an influence on all who knew him. I've gone many times over to Sheldon's home to see Jim and was always welcomed with a smile. If I had questions on how to do something, Jim always had an answer and was always willing to help. He was truly a blessing in the world of steel guitar and a good friend. He will be missed by all. |
