this is an auction for a beautiful S10 BMI 3+3 with a nice case ... auction will last until Christmas, and all the money will go to b0b to help with maintaining SGF ... after guitar is sold I will pay shipping and insurance to CONUS address ... bidding starts at $1500 ... after guitar is sold, you mail the check to b0b, and I ship guitar to you... more info about the guitar is on my web site www.steelguitarsonline.com

bidding is now closed, and Mr.Ronald Heinzel is a winner, and a new owner of this beautiful BMI... congratulations to Ronald, and thank you for supporting the SGF...

thank you my friend, last Christmas we had a great success doing this, there was a several members donating directly to the SGF, and guitar was sold, and b0b received little help to run the forum, I’m hoping this Christmas we’ll have even more success...

As a life long guitar player but a complete beginner on PS the forum has been my go to for all of my questions. I have been blown away by the close knit community I've found here.
So, that being said I'll start this off and offer the $1500.00 opening bid.

thank you my friends, I spend a big part of my free time on here reading, learning and researching the world of pedal steel guitar, it means a lot to me since I love the instrument, and b0b is the force behind it all, so I’m thankful to him for providing such a great place for all of us to get together, it is a lot of work, and it’s not free either, so at least I can do is help a little with expenses that come with running this forum... now, do I hear $1600 ??? Smile

thank you my friend, I wouldn't call it a gift, it is well deserved for all the work that needs to be done to run the forum... as far as he setup goes, I believe it is a standard Emmons with E's on the left knee, and right knee lever works on 2nd and 6th string, but I'm not sure, if you are interested in more details you can contact LM English who traded that BMI with me for one of my guitars...

I think many of us consider the forum to be a wealth of information that is priceless. It is one of the last places online not flooded with adds. It is funded mostly from donations and this is a generous one! Good on you Damir. Someone will get a great guitar for a great cause.
