Ah, okay - thanks, Jack.
It was many years ago now but I think Nick and I met by chance at Dave Robbins' place in Cottontown, TN. _________________ Roger Rettig - Emmons D10s, Quilter TT-12, B-bender Teles and old Martins.

I attended the November jam and had a great time listening and talking with the musicians. I have to compliment Jack Dougherty for doing such a great job as an MC and keeping the jam moving along so smoothly. Compliments go out as well to all of the wonderful sounding steel players who participate regularly in the jam and also the back up band who do their best to accommodate the steel players choices of songs. I am trying to get the courage up to get my feet wet at the December jam, but it will be tough for me to sit and play next to such great talent, thankfully they are all such a great bunch of kind and understanding musicians. |
