I have three Peavey neo magnets that are brand new. I ordered them a few years back for a 15" SPLIT self-powered cabinet that I was offering. They weigh about 9 lbs. each. They say 8 ohms on the sticker but they do not have a voice coil so they do not have an impedance. They will work with any Black Widow speaker basket and any impedance - 4 ohms or 8 ohms They are meant to be a direct replacement for the uber-heavy Peavey ceramic magnets. SOLD OUT
