One of the greats that you don't hear much about.
David Spires is one of those that came from a musical family and started very young on the steel guitar and went on to become a top Nashville player, working with many famous artists.
Enjoy this full set from the 1995 International Steel Guitar Convention.

I seen David at the Indiana Gospel Steel Show and was blown away. I became an immediate fan purchased his cd's and looked for him to perform at other steel shows. Monster player and super nice guy. David was a forum member with occasional posts. |
