At 2:05 in the video there is a lap steel. It's a 4 string.
Can anyone identify the make? Nice looking steel, whatever it is.

It's a Hofner Bass? At least, it looks like one.

Hi Bill,
Rick is right. It is a Hofneresque bass like McCartney played. Although something about the pickups makes me think this is a Hofner knockoff.
What instruments you been working on?

Thanks guys. I thought maybe it was some lap steel I never saw before. I have not been working on anything. I am just enjoying my last build.

Love that first pic. Anyone know who made it? That one has about 600 bucks worth of electrictronics on it. I'd sure like to hear that one.
