Ernie Ball Black Eagle 3+1 Parts

Greetings everyone. I have need for parts, information, suggestions, and help as to how I might correct my situation. Mid 70' Ernie Ball Black Eagle 3 + 1. The parts are very slightly worn at the point of the white arrow, resulting in the Keyless Tuning Gear to slip and not stay at pitch. Primarily the tip of the (what I call) Tension or Locking Plate. This seems to be a situation of which other people have experienced the same issue. I very much would like to correct this issue, that I may make this guitar available for someone else to enjoy.
