Sent you a private message, Dean, but forgot to ask:
What year is the guitar?
How much does it weigh?
Single case?
What pickup?

Dan, I think I bought it in 1986 or 87. it weighs 54 pounds in the original case - the pickup was hand wound by Bill Rudolph, which was his standard pickup back then.

I had the twin of this U-12 Williams years ago except my end plates were black. Great playing guitar with excellent tone. They look amazing, easy to change the setup, and although they look solid and heavy, they are quite lightweight. Bill is still building these beauties so parts and advice are still readily available. This is a really good price for such a quality instrument.

Hi John, Just weighed the case - it's 21 pounds - so 33 pounds for the steel. Dean

Yes Johnie,,,I may change the tuners,,,never was too fond of those loooooong travel tuners,,,with my tuning fingers I never have to pull more than maybe 1/2". Would also like to upgrade to the later Williams changer. I've been thinking about getting a guitar that would be easier to experiment with tunings ,,,,this Kline is great,,, but not very easy to make changes on.

Anyway,,,looking forward to getting this little guitar!!!

Thanks for buying this Sonny! I was adding up my bank account wondering if I could afford [another] guitar I don't need!

But you saved me.
