I am just inquiring if anyone knows what is going on with ordering education materials from Jeffran College (Jeff Newman's material). I ordered a Universal-12 DVD over the phone. The girl answering was Jeff's granddaughter who was very nice and accommodating. However, the DVD never arrived and no one has answered any of my phone calls nor emails.

In the meantime, if anyone has the Jeff Newman DVD on the Universal-12 I would gladly buy it.

Thank you

Bradshaw

I expect there'll be a transition period, after Fran's death.
Follow up with them, without getting worked up.
They're sorta new at this.

Thank you for that Greg. Much appreciated. The phone number is the same but the email is different than what is on the website. I'll give this a try.

How can I remove the original post here. I have just heard from Jeff's granddaughter Melissa and there were extenuating circumstances around the shipment of the materials coming from Jeffran College. I would like to remove the original post so that it does not reflect badly on Jeffran College materials.

thank you

Bradshaw

I think you have already made it right by your last post.

If you want, you can go to your original post, click the edit button and revise it with something like, "All's well, problem solved" etc...apologies...whatever.

I have read what Bradshaw Pack said, but I cannot be the only one still having problems a year on, after this was supposed to have been sorted out.

I ordered nigh-on $200 worth of materials. I have been charged, but they haven't arrived. E-mails (using the recent current address) go unanswered.

What is the point of mounting a big marketing push (which they did) and then not honoring the orders?

Whatever the excuses, it doesn't reflect well on the memory of Jeff and his reputation.

I recommend opening a claim with your bank or Paypal and try to get your money back. You aren't the only one that is going through this.

I ordered Right Hand Alpha on 7/31, and it took 10 days to get any movement on it. As it stands now, it should be here Monday. No, they don't respond to emails, which is a little off-putting.
