Rick,
Here is what you're looking for. Just wire the pickup lead and the lead from the control panel (as shown in the top sketch) together at the output jack.

Lynn, Hello. Can you clarify what that small writing says in the upper right corner. It appears cut off. Also, in the bottom drawing, the 10,000 ohms must refer to how hot the pick ups were wound, yes? RP
