| Selling a pedal steel quickly depends on whether or not someone is looking for a particular model at the time you list it and how tight money is at that time. I have never had any difficulty selling a Mullen and I have sold a few. A Mullen SD-10 on this forum, just sold very quickly and keep an eye on the D-10 up for sale now. It depends on the market at the time of listing. I have lowered my price on other popular makes as well, only because I didn't want to wait and was in a hurry, so that was my fault. A Mullen's resale is just as good as anything out there with the exception of a few guitars no longer being built. Everything sells in time. |

The Encore is a step up from your Stage One. The appearance is similar but the Encore has a completely adaptable 'pro' changer.
I use my Encore for 60% of my pro jobs if I don't think the C neck will be called for. Fantastic steels!

That's the same one! I was just asked to take the Leg Lifts off for the owner who has a D10 coming.[/quote]

This guitar currently resides in Florida I believe. Might there be any problems with the guitar from being in that humidity? I’m in Southern California where it’s generally pretty dry. |

Matt,
This like many Steel Guitars that come to me as an instrument broker and PSG Player, we take them in Tune and test them, use them for sessions and shows for local Players in So FL. then we resell them. I can't recall if this one came to us from a local Florida musician or from elsewhere. I can and will attest to the fact that it plays like butter and sounds great!
It appears to have been very well cared for!

| Matt, read my first reply on page one. It is extremely easy to do and they work very well. Just order the changer rods from Mullen and tell them which strings you want to split and they will send you the proper length rods along with the aluminum collars, nylon tuning nuts and clips, be sure to ask for them. It takes no longer than 5 minutes to add each split. If you purchase this fine guitar and decide to add the splits, Mullen can help you or I would be glad to. Best wishes. |

How do I get the wooden dowel extenders out of the legs, and how do I get the pedal extenders off?
