Adair,
I believe Buddy had his 4th pedal ( on some guitars) raising the 6th string to a half tone. Not all of his guitars, but supposedly when he didn't have that pedal he pulled the string up a half tone behind the bar. I think it's in Bb... At the 5th fret play strings 9, 7 & 6 (raised a half tone), (YOU).. release the pedal (ARE), engage the 6th pedal lower (SO)..fall back two frets and engage the 7th pedal, release and engage the 6th pedal (BEAUTIFUL TO ME)..
Duty calls, but that should get you started.
I bet John Swain can whip you up a short tab on this one |

Hello,
Here is my version of You Are So Beautiful with my copedent (P4 goes down a G string).
It is possible to do without playing the 3rd fret with K1 without the bass.
