DO NOT BID OR BUY THIS ZUM OFF OF EBAY
I already stopped this crook twice by filing a fraudulent item report with eBay ... I sold this guitar few months ago, and the real owner is not selling it as far as I know... this is the old original picture that was posted on eBay and this crook saved it, and now it’s using it in his fake listings, I’m pretty sure it will show up again, if you see it do not buy it, and notify eBay immediately ...

That one has been on there for weeks. It's an MCI or EMCI D10 but listed as a Sierra D12.  |

I like stoning better--it's Biblical and better fits the crime. In jail, they'd probably let him have the stolen steel in the cell with him.
ANYWAY--in all seriousness, not much is done because it's easier and cheaper for eBay and/or PayPal to take the fraud hit than it would be to engage the police and actually go after the guy. My guess is he's have to rack up thousands and thousands in fraudulent sales before the law took a serious interest.
So, yeah...stoning.

I sent a message to the seller requesting some more undercarriage pix, no reply so far... also eBay didn’t take down the listing even after I sent a message warning them about the fraudulent item... so don’t count on eBay to protect you from these crooks...

| I sold a steel once on a ebay but the buyer refused to pay for it (I know that makes zero sense but trust me it happened). It was a total nightmare to get ebay to deal with that and they started insisting that I needed to pay fees and all even though I had not truly sold the item. They are really bad about taking sides and if its not your side well its just not good. Damir, thanks for letting everyone know about the scam listings. |

| Just because you don't see it on Ebay, does not mean Ebay removed it. Part of the scam is it's sends you to a webpage to enter your email so they can then send you the address to send payment instead of through Ebay. Once you send your email, the scammer takes down the item from Ebay so it looks like you've bought it. |

it's removed... but it will be back I'm sure ... if you see it, report it to eBay, and they will remove it, I had it removed already 3-4 times, but he posts under a different user name each time... if he keeps posting, we will keep removing...
