The 21st July will mark the 11th birthday of this post. Time to start preparations for the celebrations.

An elaborate dance party, with all the most famous steel players, an enormous barbecue, hire the London Palladium, book special trains and flights to bring guests, an aerial salute from the Red Arrows flying team, live televising all around the world.....

It's getting exciting.

Or, of course we could just do nothing. Oh Well Rolling Eyes

We should put this on the agenda of the next procrastinators meeting.

If you read all 164 pages, it started out as a very serious examination of nothing and the word "nothing", being "no thing", including the grammatical and mathematical meanings of zero. But we ran out of material, and so, every so often, someone brings up a serious discussion, without realising that it's all been examined in detail already.

Almost all recent discussion centres around double-meaning statements, where "nothing", instead of being a lack of anything, has a meaning in itself.

The topic continues because:

Nothing is important.
Nothing is essential.
Nothing is impossible.
Nothing is real (and nothing to get hung about).

and the beat goes on...
