What years did Fender lap steels come with this case?

There a Fender Deluxe 8 (single stringmaster) for sale nearnme. He doesnâ€™t know the date. Here is a pic of the case. Iâ€™m thinking late 60s. Anyone have a general idea?

Hi Joe,
I have a D8 Stringmaster with early'64 and late '65 pots, so I think it's a '66. Exterior & hardware looks the same. Interior fuzzy lining is red. No sign it ever had a logo. Mine looks clean too.
