I just made this recording for a friend, then figured that although it's a little shaky in places it's good enough for interested members to hear what my new Excel sounds like.

I'm So Lonesome I Could Cry

But I was also wondering whether the bass player on the backing tracks might be BE himself. I only became aware recently of how much everyday work he did on bass over the years. Would he have hired someone else to do these tracks? Seems unlikely.

never thought about it, but it probably is Buddy. he was an excellent bassist and guitarist as well
