Behringer XENYX X2442USB Mixer vs Phonic Helix Board 18 Firewire MKII

Does anyone have experience with both of these board for recording? I currently have the 2nd one but I'm considering a change to a USB model like the Behringer.

Any thoughts?

Looks like the Behringer board only records 2 tracks at a time.
