Topic: Benado self fix or send for repair |

My Bendado unit is acting up....it just acts like a big A/B switch...bypasses all the effects..I either get on or off...no effects.
Is there a fix for this or is it destined for a repair person with way more aptitude for this than I have. If it needs to go somewhere....where do I send or take it fellas. Keeping in mind I live in Southwestern Ontario Canada. Thanks for your help. |

| Doug, is the unit under warranty? I would start by at least speaking to Sage to get his take on it. However, I can tell you I corresponded with him yesterday and he's in the middle of a 2100 mile road trip |

I know nothing about these units. But, if it has an external power supply that would be the first thing to check. It sounds like the switch is working OK but none of the electronics.
If its an internal power supply it may have a fuse inside that's blown (for whatever reason).
Considering these are custom built units and most likely no schematics available it will have to go back to Sage.
