Just had a listen to Richards new Album. Just superb. Wonderful pedal steel playing, complemented by a great bunch of Irelands top musicians. Congratulations Richard on a Great Album. I wish you every success with it. |

This is how comrades in steel guitar speak of each other. Ted Nesbit is a very accomplishment player himself paying a wonderful compliment to another magnificent player. This is a real part of what makes the steel guitar community so special.

I have to agree! I hadn't heard Richard before -- not only is he a superb steel player, but this is a terrific album for any straight-ahead jazz fan to a enjoy.
For anyone looking for it, the album is titled "Song For My Father" and is available via online streaming services as well as iTunes.
