the bottom 3 strings are not near a loud as the top 3....any tricks to fix that .....thanks in advance.....dean |

Is this the Nashville bridge pickup? Who did the install? It sounds like one side is dead.

I'm betting that the bottom side is actually dead and being picked by the top side elements.
You didn't answer my other questions so without more info I'll attempt a response. IF the wiring to the Fishman supplied jack was separated/split it will have to be rejoined and wired exactly like the documents specified. If this just happened out of the blue I'd examine the wiring carefully from the "quiet" side, through the harness and the jack. Essentially the 2 sides are brazed together (note brass "collar" on the harness, near the jack. If that is split the pickup won't work correctly.
If indeed the piezo elements are damaged there is no fix and the pickup will have to be replaced.
FWIW...I can't recall a whole side developing a problem unless a wiring error was involved. The usual issue is a single string going quiet. Now, problems can arise on a side if the pickup has been physically damaged by rough handling.
