I am looking for an echo- delay unit which has effects only output jack so I can run the effects only into another amp. Any of you have unit like that? If so please let me know the brand and modal.Thanks.

There all that way ? Just hook the wet side of the delay to the extra amp ?

Don't know if this will help, take it for what it's worth. I'm not sure what a "effects only output" is. But I have a Zoom MS70-CDR (chorus/delay/reverb) that has left and right output jacks. I normally use one amp, but just for kicks I tried it with two amps and it sounded amazing. Might have to start playing stereo more often.

Gary,
I haven’t seen that feature on any of my delays except for my EHX 2880 looper that can route outputs. If I understand what you are asking the easy solution would be to split your signal before the delay and set your delay to 100% wet.

I've got a vintage unit that does it. Ibanez DML20. Two outputs. one wet, one dry. But if you only hook up to the dry output it mixes the signal into mono. Cool unit. Sounds can go from plain and simple to wacky far out.

here's a youtube demo

If it is a true stereo delay, one output can send the dry signal and the other sends the delayed signal. Boss DD’s do this; I’m sure any stereo delay unit does. The DD7 is also claimed to be able to do a panning “spatial audio sweep”.

If you like your current mono delay unit, with an ABY switch you could connect a dry signal (output A) to one input and the fx-only signal (output B) to another input.
