Looks like a Hee Haw appearance from the 1970s:

John,

Thanks for pointing that out....I think I'll paste this on the PFM FaceBook page..It really highlights the right hand struggles I experienced early on which led to my current technique....Fingertip blocking really comes together when all three fingers are webbed. At 17, I was still hanging on to a little bit of a palm blockers right hand position...That's pretty cool to see how my right hand has evolved...I talk about my struggles before switching to the webbing a lot in the course but really had no visuals from before to reference....

I'll use this...
Thanks Walter!

Welcome, Paul!

I thought it could be you but wasn't sure. Definitely a cool clip with terrific playing!

I also noted the guitar player playing with his right hand in a cast. And the female drummer - one of Barbara's sisters (Irlene?)

Kind Regards, Walter

Hi Walter,
Your clips are great and I always appreciate a look back.
Barbara was signed to Columbia records and after the release of her first single "Do Right Woman" she hired me to join her first non-family band...Before us the band was the Sisters, Husbands, and Dad.

The other musicians in the video:

Randy Hilman/Bass
Jerry Lane Reed/Guitar
Irlene Mandrell/Drums
Irby Mandrell/Rhythm

I remember seeing the original airing of that Hee Haw! I immediately recognized Paul, as having met him in that era and becoming life long friends. I was cheering when he played! Paul’s incredibly great style and form was and still is unmistakable. I also still yell and cheer when I hear him play!🤗
