I bought a Vegas 400 locally hoping I'd found a diamond in the rough. Unfortunately, the original Black Widow speaker is a goner and I don't care about it enough to find a replacement.
Anybody looking for any Vegas for parts or a restoration project? The caps were replaced before the repair guy discovered the bad speaker and electronics are working fine based on his evaluation.
Cabinet is all beat up and missing some tolex on the front. Has been painted black to hide it.
I've got $150 into it, and would like to recover as much of that as possible. Since the heavy speaker has been pulled, I could ship it to most places in the US for $40 or less. I have no idea what the amp is worth, so I'm just looking for a reasonable offer that will let me cut my losses.
