Huh. I remember Alamo amplifiers from back in the 50's and 60's; but, I've never seen an Alamo steel guitar. Pretty cool.

I have a Alamo double 8 and we call it the "Church Puew" because it looks like it was made from one. Nice sounding guitars.

I had an Alamo Amp, about a 12 watt rig. It sounded crappy, and I scrapped it. Never played an Alamo steel, only saw pics of them on Ebait.

Does anyone know if this is the "professional model?" According to Brad's Page of Steel, there were two different Alamo D8 models.

Bill, my first amp was an Alamo, tubes with a 10" speaker. I still have the cabinet and speaker.
