What year model is this amp, and does it have any knobs on the back side?

Evans Amp S.N.0215-1..Really don't know the year?Call the EVANS Company.No knobs in back.There are a tew jacks in the back.Phone jack dooesnt work for me,when I'm using a stereo plug.
