15 Speakers compared Celestion vs E.V. vs Eminence vs JBL vs Jensen vs Tone Tubby

I am possibly looking for an EVM12L replacement, and I came across this on the internet.
Granted, it's all distorted tones.
I listened to a few other comparisons on YT, and the clean tones tend to all kind of sound the same.
You can comment on that.
But, it is short, has no rambling dialogue, and is to the point.
IMO most of them sound OK or workable, with a few that I really did not care for.

FWIW:

Wow, what a horrible speaker comparison video with distortion on every selection. I started a topic a while back noting that many gear demos are cranked with distortion. That really doesn’t apply to anyone looking for the finer vibe of clean playing.

I have used all the speakers you mentioned at one time or another. It all depends on what amp you are using and what sound you are going for. An EV speaker is going to handle a lot more power and have a different sound than a JBL or Celestion.

There's a big emphasis on speaker choice to get an acceptable distortion, which was probably the nexus for that test - I'd watched it before. But more importantly, a LOT gets lost when you try to record it, and they do tend to all sound the same, because the same limiting effects of recording apply to all the samples. So we need to adjust expectations when relying on recorded or online comparisons.
