that's a wide range!!!!
My Rittenberry's have both Lawrence 704's; great tone I think.
Think and look at the Telonics; call Dave at Telonics, he can enlighten you about pick-up's.

Talk to the steelers, they will help you along the way.

Mike I eplaced my GFI pickup on my SD-10 keyless Ultra with a Wallace Truetone single coil and I really love the tone I am getting now.Just another option to consider.
