This is a song I wrote called "Paris". I play rhythm guitar and the fuzz steel, Buddy E. plays steel (C6th), Terry Wedding on guitar, Raymond Blanchet-piano, David Smith on Bass and Bob Mater on drums: http://picosong.com/wFhhK/

Chris - Thanks again for posting all these find recordings. Can I ask what year this was cut? |

I enjoyed Blues and Greens, Chris. Thanks for giving us a listen.
I'm always surprised at the range of things Mr. E played on. You never really know what to expect. This particular tributary in jazz is one that's familiar and comfortable to me. I dig hearing Buddy as a 'session player.' |

Thank you, Charlie.
Robert, "Greens & Blues" was cut in 1986 at Hilltop Studios, in Madison. The engineer was John Nicholson.
Here's Buddy from that session:
I'm pretty sure that is an MCI guitar Buddy's playing. _________________ Excel 3/4 Pedal With An 8 String Hawaiian Neck, Tapper (10 string with a raised fretboard to fret with fingers), Single neck Fessenden 3/5

Sweet! Very lyrical playing. Thanks, Chris.
That pic of Buddy - for all our chatter about posture and proper arm positioning - is he deliberately doing everything wrong here just to show that even a slouch with crappy technique can sound great? |

Fine composition Chris. I enjoyed listening to both tunes. I also revisited your 2012 post with the photos of all those legends. Thanks for that too. |

Thank you, Fred. Please go into more detail about what looks wrong to you. |
Since its Buddy, there is absolutely nothing wrong. In fact, he looks like he's having a wonderful time, and that's what it's all about, isn't it? |

Yes, Fred, the fun. I've posted this picture before. When the first Batman movie came out, somebody on the Everly Brothers road crew got a hold of this cardboard promo thing and set it on Buddy's pac-a-seat, so when he arrived for soundcheck, this is what he saw. I think there was an inside joke that went along with it. Maybe something to do with something Buddy played. I don't know
This was at the South Shore Music Circus, in Massachusetts. _________________ Excel 3/4 Pedal With An 8 String Hawaiian Neck, Tapper (10 string with a raised fretboard to fret with fingers), Single neck Fessenden 3/5
