Each week I play guitar at a nursing home on my lunch hour. I've made buddies with Walt, a WWII B-24 bomber pilot who loves to sing. In this video he sings IT'S BEEN A LONG LONG TIME and talks about what that song meant to soldiers at the end of the war.

Thank you so much for posting that, David.

During WW-II my mother and her two sisters lived in Tucson, AZ and worked for Consolidated, assembling and installing communications equipment in B-24 Liberators.
