I wish I had time for NEW arrangements, but this retired life is way too busy.

But, every time I play, it is a new arrangement, because I can't remember the old one.

Ben, an arrangement is an organized order of mistakes with a few correct notes randomly inserted. I'll demonstrate for you while we're there!

I hope to get down there sometime. I haven't been since the show moved from Saluda. Russ is such a good player. It's worth the trip to hear Roger play "I'll Sign the Papers".

Hey Friends, since I moved back to Nashville I just haven't been able to get to this show much. BUT, this time I'll be there. I did the Midnight Jamboree a few weeks ago with Russ and decided to block off that weekend so I could be in SC. PLUS, I'm bringing one of Nashville's best kept secrets, Perley Curtis with me. Perley worked the road for years with many of Nashville's biggest stars, Charlie Louvin, Holly Dunn, Trace Atkins and 8 years with Loretta Lynn. Plus, he's one of the purest country singers you'll ever hear.

Hey Folks, if you are anywhere close, please do yourself a favor and join us for this one. Russ is one of the all time greats and one of my very favorite players ever.

Really looking forward to hearing Russ and Perley and all the great players from SC and Georgia who always make this show one of the best. See ya there.

Jerry and Joe - Hope you guys have room for me to join you this Sunday. I have missed several shows (too many) but would like to see all my SC friends again and play if you have room. I always enjoy hearing Russ' set and having Jim Hartley there too sounds like a real treat. I'll be coming from Hiawassee Ga from a little Sat night show we do in my hometown...so I'll get here as soon as I can. Glad to see Wayne Smith and Ben Lawson will be there too.
