When Frank posted his version back in Nov '16, I posted one of my own. Upon revisiting it, I have discovered an error right on the first page! (which I have now corrected). I don't claim that it's in any way authentic, but it sounds similar, which I guess is what matters.

I do have this, it's by Jeff Newman. It also has Phoenix and Wichita Lineman, both the same book.

Iaan, on your sixth string, when you show the L and the LL, is this the split pedal, B pedal down, knee lever in, to a G, then just the knee for an F#, this would be what they would be with no bar on the fret, just open. Am I assuming this right. I think this was an Emmons setup.

Jim, you're quite right. Some folks like to get the G by raising 7, but I prefer the split. From what I can gather from history, B.E. does seem to have introduced, or at least championed, the G#-F# lower.
