Hi Henry

Compensating your low F# will help with tuning when pedals are down. Try it on your guitar. Tune it up really good and listen. Now press your A pedal (raising Bs) and listen to the tuning of that low F# string in conjunction with 5, 6, and 8. Now take your tuning key and lower 7 just a hair and listen again with the A pedal down. You will hear a nice difference in your tuning. If you are sensitive to tuning like many are this is a very welcome addition.

Cheers,
Mike

Thanks Mike, I am sensitive to tuning and it times seems like nothing is in tune. I always have the band to check tuning which helps at times but doesn't at other times. The F# string has always been the culprit to tune, just pick a happy ,medium, lol. I'll try that, will be easy to put on my push pull. I've also heard you can do same thing with top string but never thought of putting it on 7th.

Ok guys, someone needs to get this beauty before I change my mind 😊 If I hadn't bought my '66 bolt on, this one wouldn't go anywhere...

Damir.. THIS one is a bolt-on changer too...those PU's with wood necks, get you very near the '66 tone without a "beehive" idle. All the effort/upgrades/perfection done to it=
Worth every last penny! It will be around for the next Lunar Eclipse! 🌒
