Folks, I'm lucky enough to have A-22 and wondering what's the best C6 strings for it- I've been using Scotty's brand for years- Any suggestions?
Also, is tuner knobs originally white? or Black? Black echos with that Vol.knob with pointer casted in, so that makes sense but many are equipped with white knobs-
I just pulled mine out of closet and boy I had some fun with it |

I get the SIT's that bob carries, if you're not yanking them around with pedals, breakage doesn't really happe. |

i use john pearse nickel wound set #7310.
0.016"(silvered steel)-0.018''(silvered steel)-0.022"(silvered steel)-0.026"W-0.032"W-0.046W.
the pre-WWII pans had a brownish-black bakelite volume knob. |

That's due to the ground up walnut shells in the Bakelite. |
