Hi there everyone! I am a new player and this is my first post here on the forum. I am looking for a private instructor in eastern iowa. I prefer lessons to be in person but I could also do skype lessons. Also, can anyone give me an idea what one might charge for an hour long lesson?

Thanks,

I have a number of Skype students. We could try it out and see you if it works for you. I charge $40 an hour. We could do a shorter try out session and see if I am able to help over Skype at no charge.

Iowa has a kind of kickstarter program, with pro steelers offering a free loaner guitar and (I think) free lessons to young folks wanting to take up the instrument. If interested in more info, suggest you email Lefty Schrage (leftyrite@gmail.com).
