Pro Tools upgrades for Mac

I noticed that there is a $99 yearly upgrade for Protools users now. I just bought PT12 and wondered if I can get free upgrades for a period of time for no cost. Anybody know?

IF you purchased 12, Perpetual License, it should have come with FREE in family upgrades for one year.
Emmons L-II , Fender Telecasters, B-Benders , Eastman Mandolin ,
