Guess that's why it was interesting to me-there has to be a story in there somewhere-a "correct" color P/P, GFI seat and Evans amp at a pawnshop in Norco? Do tell!
Seller isn't giving it away-so must have done some research or is a player.

I have been to that pawn shop before. I got the impression talking to him he had a lot of experience pricing his guitars too high.

There are some pawn shops that sell on ebay using a true auction with low starting prices and no reserve. They can't loose because they pay so little that whatever it sells for is fine with them.

Isn't 3500 about current asking price for a Black P/P on the forum these days? I sold a very similar one about two years ago for around that figure. The Evans amp seems high at 1200 though.
If I wouldn't have committed funds to a Pro II I might be heading South right now.
