WTB ZB Custom D-10. It needs to be in really good shape. Payment will be sent in US, or if you wish, International money orders. If you have a good one, please email me at dunc1957@optonline.net.
Thanks, Duncan

Hey Jim,
I just can't see going through life without a ZB. The Marlen is great, though. Now if I can only find a band who is willing to work with a non-traditional steeler who may lack technical expertise, but more that makes up for it by playing with enthusiasm and taking many chances.
BTW, where did your ZB go?
Take care, and I hope that your family is doing well.

Duncan, my ZB went to California, to an Englishman( I'll e you his name) He has a good friend who is a ZB mechanic who can do the setup and minor repair that it needs. You should have bought it from me, by now it would be finished, and you wouldn't have the ZBGeebies! As great as it sounded, I don't miss it, I have spent all my time practicing on my GFI instead of on my back trying to adjust those levers. You should see Brad's Sarno's ZB, it is way clean. I think it is posted on his Black Box web site. JimP

Bobbe Seymour's Steel Guitar Nashville has one for about $1200. It may require some work on the cosmetics, but it may be a good player straight out of the box.

Duncan. I sent you an email about the D10 on
ebay. I got pics of the underside of that guitar and it's missing a lot of pull rods. I sent the pics to you.

Let's see if I can get this all straightened out. I just got back from NC with the better part of a 53 pound wahoo in a cooler that I managed to put a hook into this weekend. First, to Jennings, I read all your emails and appreciate them all. I'm just a little , meaning very, lazy about responding to emails. Of course I'm not PO'd at you. In order to be angry, you would have to have done something to me to make me mad. I can't think of anything. One of these days we'll get together my friend. To Joe, thanks for the input, I'll get in touch with Music City Instruments. I dealt with them before and Joe was really nice. Only at the last minute, the owner of the ZB, it was on consignment, backed out. Hey Chuck, thanks for getting back to me. I never got the pictures, but I guess the sale is over anyway.
Thanks to all who responded. Yes, I do have ZB seller's remorse, Dave, but when I bought my SD-10 I was really looking for a D-10. The good news is that my old ZB is in a home where it is loved and played every day. I'll keep looking with a positive attitude and a Z-song in my heart.
Thanks Again,

Duncan

Thanks George,
I saw that one at Bill and Wanda's last December. It is a real beauty, and I'm sure it is in tip-top shape as all their steels are, but I am reall looking for at least four knees.
I appreciate the tip anyway.

The above guitar could be the sister to my ZB. 70's model. Mine is green. The one above is in tip top condition and has been maintained with excellence, even nylon bearings added. Bravo Steve. Mine is not even quite in that condition, and mine shines. You will look long and hard for a ZB like that. They are very hard to find. I'll bet it plays great. These are very rare. Steve, whats the serial number? Mine is 632.

Hey Kevin, I believe that the serial number is 0589 from the pictures...not too close to yours. It sure looks purty.

Actually Kevin, I meant to say "not too FAR from yours". I guess I was just overwhelmed with the beauty of Steves ZB. That, plus the fact that I tend to type before I think, but I am working on that.
