Walter Stettner and his great work

Post by Henning Kock »

July 12, 2014

I never cease to admire Walter Stettner in Vienna, Austria, for his fine continuos work on the Lloyd Green tribute page devoted to Lloyd Green and his music
www.lloydgreentribute.com

and the "clip of the week" on this forum.
These are something we all can enjoy and benefit from.
---
The photograph shows I met Walter in St Louis at Scotty's International Steel Guitar Convention in 2005.

PS also note the PSG standing on the floor, It has 2 elbow pedals!
---
Kind regards
Henning K.

Thanks, Henning and everybody for the kind words! I'd like to return them and say that this forum and the steel guitar community in general is one of the best places to be. I never met anybody who was not a nice person, either by corresponding via forum and e-mail or in person. My yearly trip to the Convention is always a highlight because it gives me the chance to meet so many nice folks in real life.

Only a few weeks - Looking forward to see some of you in person! :D

PS.: The new clip is already online...

Best Regards, Walter

Walter, everyone also likes to see you at the ISGC; I will see you there. At first, I thought that the photo Henning posted was mine, but it's not; here's the best I could do, without shooting in RAW as I now do.

Here's a photo of Walter at the 2013 ISGC. It would be nice to see you there again, Henning!!
