I am restoring a 50s vintage National triple-8 (the white guitar with the black trim)that has lost some parts along the way. Specifically, I need three of the black plastic covers for the keyheads and three of the black plastic covers for the pickups, one (and possibly two)8-string pickups with their metal covers and bridge. If you have any working tuning keys for two necks I might be able to use them (depending on condition), but will probably have to replace all the tuning keys with new keys on all necks. Scrounge around in your parts collection and email me what you have. I really want to restore this guitar to original. Immense thanks and reasonable payment for your parts.

I would guess that Ed Naylor would be one person who might have such parts. Unless you can find another such guitar and use it for parts, you might have to have such parts made for you by a plastics shop.
There are several people who make eight-string pickups, but none that are replacements for the National style pickups.
Steve Soest in Orange, CA used to be a good source for such parts. I don't know if he still does this sort of thing since he became involved with the Danelectro reissues or not.
Good luck - you'll need it!
