Hey pickers. I just received a shipment of National NP2 picks and Dunlops in both .025 and .0225. I was holding my breath as I was just about out of all of them. Does anyone know what the most popular picks are for banjo pickers?

If you've never played Hoffmeyers your missing out. Really really fine picks. Well worth the cost in my opinion.

Just received a pair of Hoffmeyer custom picks last week and I will never again use anything else for pedal steel. Pro Picks finger picks with the angled blade are a close second along with the PP thumb pick that has the delrin blade. The little blue Herco is a very comfortable thumb pick and has nice tone.

My favorite thumb pick is a Blue Chip JDM (JD Crowe medium). Also pricey but you get what you pay for. I use nothing but Blue Chip picks on my Gibson mandolins. I use the National NP2's and a white (large) National thumb pick for acoustic guitar. Nationals are some mighty fine picks.
